Chuji Wu is the main protagonist of the Tobal series.
Appearance[]
Chuji has short black hair with spiky ends and white highlights on front. He also has an X scar on his left forehead and a bandage on his left cheek.
His primary appearance throughout the Tobal series where he was in shirtless beneath his blue mini vest with a red trim, black pants with a purple large sash with its ribbons are hanging loose and bright green boots with a red triangle design. He also wears a matching bright green fingerless gloves with purple linings. In Tobal 2, both his boots and his fingerless gloves are changed into lime green.
His second outfit is a white tank top with black suspenders, black pants sewn with red cloths on the right knee and both his boots and fingerless gloves from his primary outfit.
In Tobal 2, his secondary outfit from the first game is replaced with his miner attire, he was in shirtless and wears only a green camouflage pants with a black belt around his waist and a matching kneepads. Both his fingerless gloves and boots are red and now has yellow folded sleeves on his boots.
In his ending in Tobal 2, Chuji now wears a casual outfit, a yellow leather vest with purple heart designs and a white sleeveless v-neck undershirt, gray baggy jeans and yellow boots with a black trim. He also wears white wristbands on his wrists in place of his gloves.
Story[]
Tobal No.1[]
Born on Earth, he emigrated to planet Tobal where he’s now employed as a miner. Following the 98th tournament, the Kutz Foundation has been buying up mines left and right and exploiting its workers. He hopes to defeat his rival Gren Kutz to put an end to these practices.
Tobal 2[]
Recently, Kuts Foundation led by Gren, the head of the company who bought up all of the Tobal's mines and started mining them selfishly. The Kuts Foundation has been working with the miners very hard and frequently taking over their rivals from the small companies. One of the miners, Chuji Wu was infuriated by the company's selfish practices and enters the 99th tournament to strike down his rival Gren.
Ending Description:
Chuji was seen laughing loudly while having a good time with the miners at the party which he celebrates his tournament victory over Gren. After the party is over, the waiter wakes him up and shows him the large sum of bill used for the party as Chuji immediately pays the bill using the prize money from the tournament much to the waiter's shock. Chuji eventually leaves while giving a tip to the guards while walking away.
Gameplay[]
Chuji's fighting style is possibly based on Hybrid Martial Arts where he could utilize both punches and kicks. Some of his punches and elbowing can be based on Bajiquan.
Trivia[]
- Chuji's appearance is based on Son Gohan in his adult appearance in Dragon Ball Z as his hairstyle is based on his current appearance in the latest Dragon Ball Super.
- His primary outfit was derived on the fusion forms of both Gotenks and Gogeta's outfits.
- His fighting style in the game is based on Paul Phoenix in Tekken.
