You're going to have to bulk up if you want to enter the tournament. The underdrome and Hade's tournament will drain the life out of you literally. Defeat wave after wave of powerful enemies in the Goddess of Fate Cup, and you get one of the best prizes Hades has to offer you. With the Fatal Crest, battles should go a lot smoother.
