Mary Ivonskaya is one of the playable characters in the Tobal series. She is the Russian pro wrestler who became the great wrestling champion on Earth.
Appearance[]
Mary is a female Russian wrestler with long blond hair which is styled in a large slick back with curly designs, and blue eyes. She also has a very muscular build and large breasts.
Her main outfit throughout Tobal and Tobal 2 is her wrestling suit; a blue and yellow one-piece suit with designs at the center, a matching arm warmers and knee warmers and black wresling boots with a red triangular design. She also wears a pair of black gloves with a red triangular design and a blue choker on her neck. Her secondary outfit is a pallete swap of her main outfit with the color of her wrestling suit being red.
Her secondary outfit in Tobal 2 has her wearing a red jumpsuit with fire designs that reveals her cleavage and belly and both her gloves and boots being light purple and black.
In the opening scene, Mary is seen wearing a noble dress worn by Russian nobles.
In her ending, she was seen wearing a short sleeved blue dress with a white apron and white slippers where she lives with her unnamed daughter.
Story[]
Tobal No.1[]
Mary is a Russian pro-wrestler who became the great wrestling champion on Earth and is the mother of her unnamed daughter. She suffers from financial trouble as no one is fighting against her due to her powerful prowess as a wrestler. During the 98th Tournament, she makes Gren Kutz as her rival whenever they fight each other.
Tobal 2[]
Mary receives a letter from Gren's butler. The letter states that Gren wanted to continue his Martial Art studies and wishing to block Mary from entering the 99th tournament hosted by his own foundation. Enclosing the envelope with a blank check inside of it, Mary is known to suffer financial troubles because of her family situation as well as the current state of her wrestling profession that offers her with no opponents due to her powerful prowess as a wrestler. Ignoring Gren's recent situation because she was lured down for the prize money of the tournament, Mary enters the 99th tournament.
Ending Description: Mary was at home cooking their food for breakfast. Suddenly, she encounters a rat in the kitchen, causing her to scream in fright and was panicking while trying to stand up to the chair. Her daughter arrives to see her mother which Mary instructs her to kill the rat which she tries to smack the rat with her club. Although the rat escapes as Mary's daughter is getting out of control whenever she smashes everything with her wooden club until she accidentally hits Mary's butt with her club as the rat continues to escape. Mary was hurt after her butt was hit by her daughter's wooden club.
Gameplay[]
Mary's current fighting style is wrestling as she can utilizes wrestling moves such as German suplex, an elbow drop and a drop kick.

- WWE Supertar, Beth Phoenix whose main gimmick as a Glamazon is also similar to Mary's who can dominate her opponents with her powerful prowess in professional wrestling until her departure in 2012.
- The difference between the two blond wrestlers are their nationality with Mary is a Russian while Beth is American.
- Her fighting style is a blend between Armor King I and Jack-2 in Tekken.
